Transmit a 1080p HDMI source through your existing home power lines. It will allow you to watch the content of your Pay TV, DVD player or any other HDMI device in 2 separate rooms without using wireless transmission or long cables. Ideal for locations with concrete walls or complex structures where RF transmission isn't suitable, the signal is sent over the building's existing power wires. Simply connect the mains connection transmitter to your HDMI device, and the receiver to a HDMI compatible TV in another room up to 300 metres away. It also allows an infrared remote control signal to be sent from the 2nd room to your HDMI device. To operate, the transmitter and receiver need to be on the same power circuit and be plugged directly into the power point.
Note: Must be used on the same AC power circuit (phase) and connected directly to a general purpose 240VAC wall outlet. Do not use this device with a powerboard, UPS, Ethernet powerline adaptor or on different AC phases.
