This year’s catalogue is both a tribute to our founder, Gary Johnston, who sadly we lost earlier this year, and to what has been at the core of our business since the start, our absolute passion for products.

The back half of the catalogue also features the sections that have grown a lot over the second half of our forty years, particularly as new technology has changed the way we use electronics. Think Switchmode Power Supplies, Wi-Fi, USB and Bluetooth. Here you will find Power, Sight & Sound, IT, Communications and Security.

It also showcases the 3D printer and an iconic Commodore PET mini (approximate dimensions 146mm x 117mm x 100mm). To build this incredible little gaming machine yourself we're glad to highlight the steps involved for you below.

Setup Your RetroPie

The RetroPie is what turns your Raspberry Pi into a retro-gaming machine.

It's a specialised program built on existing technologies like Raspbian, EmulationStation and RetroArch that brings the world of Arcade favourites, home-console, and classic PC games right to your Commodore PET Emulator. As an added bonus it also allows for a range of configurations so the discerning enthusiast in you can dial in and customise your gaming experience.

RetroPie sits on top of a full OS, so you can install it on an existing program like Raspbian for example, or you can start with the RetroPie image and add additional software later. It's up to you.

RetroPie doesn't comes installed with the Commodore PET emulator however, so we're going to solve that with a few extra steps.
